I am currently having the same problem with only one domain having issues. I have tried to delete the account, from both client and server, then recreate, also ran fix mailboxes and db with no luck. Any advise would be welcome. The funny thing is I have 3 accounts setup in outlook, 2 work one doesn't.

Well I found a way to get it working again... In outlook express you need to change settings to check My server requires authentication.. then hit apply... And my mail started to go out again... Now I don't know if this will work for everyone but it did for me... I didn't have to do this before...Im wondering if an update hit that caused this to be required now.

    Go on, have a guess
If you're having to switch to SMTP AUTH from POP before SMTP, then the most likely reason is that the /var/log/maillog isn't being updated. Usually a restart of syslogd will fix that.
