If you are using Windows 7 you can apply this update to avoid downgrading the allowed ssl versions on the server side: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...-and-tls-1-2-as-a-default-secure-protocols-in
As you can see when reading this update, it only serves for old Operating Systems, the issue is, what happens with the problems in Windows 10 and Outlook 2016? Also this happens and when making the adjustment in the encryption in the Exim configuration, it is solved.

It would be good to leave all those types of encryption so that customers do not have problems?

Hello @MessiahX,

I've not seen reports of this happening on the Windows 10/Outlook 2016 combination. Are you sure those systems have the latest updates applied? If so, what do you see in /var/log/exim_mainlog when using the default ciphers included with cPanel version 68?
