Outlook.com and IMAP Emails Not Deleted on server

What are your thoughts on this, am I missing something or does maybe Outlook.com not support true IMAP.
So recently I had to move 2 of my accounts over to using outlook.com and have connected each account over to my Cpanel server and an IMAP email account. Outlook.com gets the emails fine, Sends the emails fine but it is not saving the sent emails, nor any deletes or changes on the server side. This is a big problem maybe the outlook.com wont work right for this. The emails need to be retrieved from other email clients and vice versa.

There are some quirks with using Outlook. For example:

I'm not sure about deletes on the server side, it should reflect these, do you mean email that is deleted on the server in the inbox? I did also find this which might be helpful: Outlook Not Syncing IMAP Folders
