Hi,

I'm having issues with my cpanel system which i have not experienced before.

Here is the situation:

The clients has a domain xxx.no with two E-mail account
They have MS Outlook 2013 configured with IMAP access, and settins are verified OK.

1: When they send E-mail, the message is "stuck" in outbox, and gives an error that message could not be sendt, and that the message could not be moved to sendt items. Allthoug the messages are sent (Outlooks just says they are not). Mail is coming in fine.

2: When they try to delete E-mail from inbox, they get an error saying that "The msaage could not be deleted, it has already been removed from server". In other words they cannot remove any mail, even if it is removed on server.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Sorry if the error messages are not 100% correct, the client is using Norwegian Outlook, and none of the error messages produce any error numbers.

Hello :)

It seems like this might be an issue with the email client or the settings utilized in the email client. Is the issue reproducible on another email client such as Thunderbird?

Thank you.

Hi,

Since i started the thread I've done some extra testing, and have confirmed that it is an E-mail issue with Outlook 2013. Hopefully someone can help out still.
Thunderbird shows no error messages.

You may want to check with Outlook's support team if you are using the settings as provided in cPanel or through the cPanel AutoConfig option.

Thank you.
