    The documentation should be useful to you:
    Email Accounts - Documentation - cPanel Documentation

    Select IMAP when creating your new email account and every device you setup that IMAP email account on afterward (after creating it in cPanel) will stay synced as you wish.

    I found this Outlook 2013 & XLIST

    But tell me if that is correct, when i edit "main.local" i have to change this

    Code:
      # Override the IMAP CAPABILITY response.
    [%- IF protocol_imap.imap_capability.defined %]
      imap_capability = [% protocol_imap.imap_capability %]
    [%- ELSE %]
      #imap_capability =
    [%- END %]
    To this

    Code:
      # Override the IMAP CAPABILITY response.
    [%- IF protocol_imap.imap_capability.defined %]
      imap_capability = XLIST
    [%- ELSE %]
      #imap_capability =
    [%- END %]
    ??
