    Hello,

we are experiencing some issues with outlook costumers , all of sudden they are not able to connect to smtp via ssl ports , claiming 'None of the authentication methods supported by this client are supported by your server'. even though all of users have "Log on to incoming server before sending mail" feature enabled

i have googled the forum , with multiple links to microsoft and outlook

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2483175/sending-mail-from-outlook-results-in-error-0x800ccc80

but since it was working just one week ago and it will be hard to convince over 200 outlook users to run updates and install patches i am looking for a solution on server , for now we are just adding their ip's to exim Sender verification bypass IP addresses , but it makes a hole in our security

is there any solution , without turning off the ssl ?

    thx in advance
