I can send and receive messages on from a web site reseller server
BUT my sister can't with the same config/ports/authentication/security and email client Outlook 2016/365 and email account.

The ports required are also different for thunderbird and for outlook and what cpanel recommends ( see below)

My reseller is an ultra small business and is a bit stuck
    Code:
    --------------
    Setup

    Thunderbird Setup

    ------------------
    inbound
server type : IMAP Mail server
    Servername : mail.domainname.com.au
    user name : info@domainname.com.au
    Port 143

    Connection Security STARTTLS
    Authentication :Normal

    Outbound
    servername : mail.domainname.com.au
    Connection Security STARTTLS
    Authentication :Normal
    UserName : info@domainname.com.au

    Incoming Server: mail.domainname.com.au
    IMAP Port: 143
    Outgoing Server: mail.domainname.com.au

Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.

I have tried those as well

    Outlook

    Hello @renovator,

Could you verify if there's a specific error message when sending or receiving fails? Typically when the same authentication credentials work for one person, but not another, it's related to firewall or ISP-level restrictions on the computer of the person that cannot connect.

    Thank you.
