Hello,

If you upload data outside the public_html and give permissions to files and folders then that will be risky for your data as well as mails.
I would like to suggest you to move website data under public_html and give correct permission.

Hello,

There are a lot of different things that could cause that error. It's not possible to tell from the screenshot exactly what is wrong.

What are the ownership and file permissions on /home/USERNAME/publi/storage/ directory and the directories leading up to it? The "namei -l" shell command is useful for checking this.

What user are your PHP processes running as? The standard configuration is to run the processes as the cPanel user that owns the website, but some configurations can lead to it running as "nobody" instead.

See the "What's the importance of running scripts as the user?" section of Tutorial - EasyApache 4 - Default Profile Differences for some more information regarding that.
