    Hello,

We have two accounts over quota. They both show that the are over quota in WHM properly. One of the accounts over quota website just now shows a blank page when accessed. The other account still works 100% without an error message.

When accounts report they are over quota in WHM, should the end user's website not be blocked and show a message "Quota exceeded" or something like that?

    Thanks,

    Hello :)

Accounts over their disk space limit are not automatically suspended. However, it's possible the lack of available disk space can prevent a website from opening if a script needs the ability to create new files or populate data. What error message do you see in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log for the website that does not load properly?

    Thank you.
