My server was running fine, but I got this email:
IMPORTANT: Do not ignore this email.
This is cPanel stats runner on!
While processing the log files for user spwright, the cpu has been
maxed out for more then a 6 hour period. The current load/uptime line
on the server at the time of
    this email is
    1:21pm up 20 days, 8:18, 0 users, load average: 1.07, 1.36, 1.36
You should check the server to see why the load is so high and take
steps to lower the load. If you want stats to continue to run even
    with a high load; Edit
/var/cpanel/cpanel.config and change extracpus to a number larger then
    0 (run
/usr/local/cpanel/startup afterwards to pickup the changes).

So.... I checked, and the server load was ~1.30. Why? A user was running the process owsadm.exe at ~96%CPU. I would not expect this user to want to overload the system, and he does not have shell access. He does have Frontpage, CGI, PHP access.

A search on google for this yeilds that owsadm.exe relates to Frontpage Extensions.

So.... I killed the process and restarted the system.

So far everything is fine. Does anyone know what havvened? Support Ticket Number:

I would also like any information on this one. This is something that I have been seeing crop on servers recently. The customers also don't have ssh access, so I am assuming something in their code somewhere is calling this.
