Hey there! The information on that screen isn't going to be enough to tell us what is happening with the server. You'd want to watch the system with the "top -c" command to see the load in real-time, and also which accounts are using it.

With only one CPU core, it's entirely possible the system just needs more resources, but it would be best to confirm.

As far as load notifications, you might want to look into the CSF/LFD firewall tools as they have that option available: CPU Alerts

Is any way to see which apps are using heavy server resources, but on a date from the past?

When I took this shot of the server overloaded, it was on 07-Dec-2022,
from:
WHM > View Bandwidth Usage:
and the most resourceful domain was my WordPress blog 2.37GB/mo., the second most resourceful domain was a website that matches a www.local-city-name.city ... 1.004GB/mo. other domains in this web server below: 167MB/mo.

May my blog be doing a backup or other work - or its legitimate traffic?
