Just wanted to make sure that the disk quotas I allocate to various accounts may exceed the entire space available. In other words, if I have a 1 GB disk, can I set up three accounts with a disk quota of 1 GB each? The goal is to provide each account with the greatest liberty possible as long as the disk isn't full...

Yes you can, the only thing you cannot do is assign to one account more space then the server has.

For example, if server has 10gig space, you cannot allocate 11gig to domain.com. WHM will strip of the extra zeros and only allocate 1gig.
