Overselling : Reseller Accounts

Hi

We currently have overselling ticked but not sure if it's 100% correct.

Can someone confirm as I would like to confirm this is correct.


The reason I ask is in WHMCS we have it setup the reseller account with a quota of 1GB but the reseller quota is 10GB for eg. Is this correct?

If a client however changes the quota of the account set to the reseller plan in WHM to the max 10GB then he cannot create any more accounts.

I would've thought it would allow this not matter the quotas but only work on diskspace used?

If overselling is allowed and you allocate 500 MB of disk space to the reseller, he may still set up disk quotas of 300 MB each for 2 users. Combined, they will be able to use 600 MB; however, when their combined disk space usage exceeds 500 MB, the reseller will no longer be able to add new accounts.
