Ownership and group of all files and folders changed to 1339! Help!

Hi,
Not sure what to make of this. Getting errors everywhere and I figured out that every single file and folder on this machine has an owner of 1339 and a group of 1339. Have no idea how it happened. Is there a fast way to change everything back to the correct ownership and group settings?

No, it's slow and laborius, but you have to find out how it happened, whether it was an accident that you did, or a hacker on the server. you can do a lot with:

rpm --setperms --setugids -a

But you mostly have to address each server component as it comes up (or fails to come up).
