Packages not limiting accounts?

Hi all, sorry for the odd title but didn't know how best to title this.

My problem is i have a VPS and i have a reseller account, i have created packages and all show the features and limits ok, i have just taken on my first paying client, cpanel set up fine, all limits show up except one....disk space shows as unlimited but its clearly set in the package.

How do i fix this?

SSH to the server as root

and run

/scripts/fixquotas

SSH can some one try using telnet access if SSH isn't available. /scripts/fixquotas should that path be relevant to home root or not.
