Packages not showing

Hi,

Resellers cannot see and choose the packages created by themselves on their WHM. what is the problem? It can be only seen after the admin login from the root and check the package they have created. It was not like this before and could see the packages created by them without admin having to check the package indivitually.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

It seems you have selected option Specify which packages account can use for account creation under root WHM >> Main >> Resellers >> Reseller Center >> Edit reseller privileges & nameservers

And so when you create new package, you have to check the new package from reseller privileges so it is visible under your reseller whm account.

I suggest you to un-check option Specify which packages account can use for account creation and try.

In your reseller's permissions under "Reseller Center", do you have the following item checked?

Allow the reseller to use all global packages (global packages are any packages without a "_" in them)

The other to look at is back up at the top of the screen ....

Specify which packages username can use for account creation.

(This last one you will probably want "unchecked" most likely if you are allowing resellers to create their own hosting packages)
