Page cannot be displayed

    The server was in a considerable amount of load, so i did a server reboot.

    cpanel works fine, however, no one can log into whm.

    everyone gets teh login dialogue, but everyone then gets "Page Cannot be Displayed"

    why is this?

    Could be permission problem.

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    Try running these commands in ssh..

    mv /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel.bkp
    /scripts/updatenow
    /scripts/sysup
    /scripts/upcp --force

    and then try accessing the WHM.. :)
