Hi everyone! We're trying to deploy Parallels web presence builder on our easyweb service, but seems to have run into a conflict with the paper lantern theme.

I can provide more details if requested, but I was curious if this is a known problem before I go into details.

    Thanks

    Hello :)

Could you elaborate on the specific issue you have encountered, and the steps you took to integrate it with the Paper Lantern theme?

    Thank you.

Hi, sorry for the delayed response. When the theme "paper_lantern" is used, presence builder no longer shows up under the Software section.

The nearest I can gather is that the paper lantern theme dosen't seem to have an image for presence builder, as a result nothing is displayed.

Keep in mind the x3 and Paper Lantern themes have different requirements for cPanel plugins, so you may need to contact the developer of this plugin to verify if they have made any changes to support the Paper Lantern theme. The following documentation might be helpful:

    Thank you.
