    cPanel 10.4.0-C160 httpd.conf issues

Since upgrading to cPanel 10.4.0-C160 I have had problems with httpd.conf; downgrading worsens the problems as cPanel insists httpd.conf has it's permissions set to 600.

I am unable to properly park domains, both in WHM and in cPanel. Because of this, I am having to edit httpd.conf manually and add the entries. Similarly, if I attempt to remove the parked domain it does not manage to remove the entry from httpd.conf this happens regardless what account I'm logged into.

Also, parked domains displays as one higher than it should on every account, i.e. if there should be 0 parked domains it displays 1 etc.

I've searched the forums but have been unable to find a fix and I do not really understand how to search BugZilla properly, can anyone help me with this problem please or confirm that they have had similar problems?

    Thanks :)
