I've searched the forums but haven't come across an error that duplicates my problem.

When clients on my server try to Park a Domain, it doesn't generate any errors, however the parked domain doesn't point to the root domain. This isn't an issue with DNS propagation because the last time another client had this issue, it didn't work for a week after registration. But as soon as I setup a new account in WHM for him, it worked.

This time another client is trying to park 4 domains and I dont want to create 4 new accounts. Please advise where I need to look in order to investigate this.

Check entry for ServerAlias parkdomain.com www.parkdomain.com in the VirtualHost section of the main domain and also make sure that the DNS zone file of the parked domain is being added.

Open httpd.conf file in any editor. In vi you can sue :

    vi /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf

It will show you a section with <VirtualHost> .....</VirtualHost> tags.Inside VirtualHost section you have to look for ServerAlias parkdomain.com www.parkdomain.com entry. If not then add it.Save httpd.conf file and exit.
Stop/start Apache by service httpd stop and service httpd start

Go to WHM >> DNS Functions >> Edit DNS Zone and search for the parkdomain.com to ensure that its DNS zone file is added. If not the you can add it from WHM >> DNS Functions >> Add a DNS Zone.
