If I want to point domain1 to domain2 (domain 2 is ip based account)
I do folowing:
domain1.com in a 44.55.66.77 (ip number of domain2)
pointing/redirection works, and when it beeing redirected, domain name stays
But, if i want to point/redirect domain1 to domain2, and domain 2 is NOT ip based account, and have same ip as domain1, what then?
I tried with cname, but this is not working, i found somewhere that it can be done with PTR, bu this is just to get domainname from ip. I know that is script for redirection in WHM, but i am not satisfied with it since after redirection new doaminname is shown, but i want old one!!! i tried to &debug& something that i tried with dig, host, nslookup...but something else is wrong here, maybe i must think on diferent way about it

say you have http://domain1.com/folder sitting there right?
just make a subdomain in that account for &folder& so it can be accessed like http://folder.domain1.com . Make sure that works an dthen:
Go in and park domain2.com --& folder.domain1.com
I think this should work ..if not someone jump in.

Yes, that's ok, but it redirect only http trafic and there is no domain masking. How can this can be achived with Edit DNS Zone?
