I am suddenly having trouble when I did not before, and I am not sure if it is related to mailscanner or the new Easy Apache or neither.

I have a client that has always parked domain2 on top of domain1.

now, they want to continue to have their domain2 www transparently parked on domain1 www, BUT they want the second unique domain name for e-mail on it's own, and right now that does not seem to be possible since we had to delete the dns entry for domain2 in order to park it in the first place.

IS there a guide anywhere for such a thing? Is it possible?

This wouldn't be possible. They need to have a seperate domain thats not parked to manage email services under a different domain name. You can however, setup a redirect to the domain it was parked on.
