I have several different cPanel servers, all running stable releases. On one of the servers, all the parked domains point to the domain name I set up in WHM but do not redirect to the new domain. Like this http://www.rosariodawsonfan.com/ and http://lindsaypictures.net/ This is good! It keeps the domain name listed at Google. Now, on all other servers, the parked domains are being redirected to the domain I set up in WHM. Like this http://chloesevignyonline.com and http://maura-t.net See how the The URL changes for those links in the address bar?

So, how can I get my servers that mask the redirect URL, like the first set of examples, instead of just redirecting to a new domain, like the second set of examples?

Either you have redirection setup in cPanel, or in an .htaccess file, or something, because clearly this is not the normal behavior of a parked domain. I run all stable releases here, and I have never seen this problem. Look closer... you will find the problem.

What exactly IS the normal behavior of a parked domain? Are you supposed to see the parked domain name URL in the address bar or not?

And the .htaccess files for the domains are the same. That does not seem to be the issue.

Both of your domains in your example are redirecting to a third site, not mentioned in your post. Are you sure that your primary domain doesn't have some redirection in place, either with meta-refresh in the HTML, or something?

Expected behavior of a Parked Domain is to keep the Parked Domain in the address bar, even though it is displaying the content of your primary domain.

PM me, if you want, with the cpanel login of this account (change it first, then change it back when I'm done) and I would be happy to check it out and help you fix your problem, if you wish.
