I have a customer with 3 parked domains. The customer wants to use one of the parked domains as the primary email account. The setting in cPanel under Tweak Settings for "The maximum each domain can send out per hour (0 is unlimited):" is 75.

The customer sent out an email today which bcc'ed many recipients. From what I can tell the customer did not send any mail the hour prior to sending this email (from any of the domains belonging to the account). It looks as though around 40 emails went through without problem, but the rest generated the following error messages:
    Code:
2007-10-07 12:00:43 messageIdWasHere failed to expand condition "${perl{checkspam}}" for lookuphost router: Domain thedomain.com has exceeded the max emails per hour. Message discarded.
2007-10-07 12:00:43 messageIdWasHere failed to expand condition "${perl{checkspam}}" for literal router: Domain thedomain.com has exceeded the max emails per hour. Message discarded.

The customer also complained that this has happened before with emails that had few recipients when originating from the parked domain's email address. All mail sent from the account's original domain/email are reported to send without problems.

Any help to get the email to send correctly from the parked domain is appreciated.
