Parking Domain Error

Hi I am having a problem I am unable to park any domains and restored accounts with parked domains also do not work whm goes through the motions and says that it has added ok but dns is all screwed up this is happening on 2 servers both fresh installs

I have done a upcp --force but no different

any help please

CentOS 4.2 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

In WHM >> Server Configuration >> Update Config , select Manual Updates Only (STABLE tree) undercPanel/WHM Updates and Manual Updates Only under cPanel Package Updates and Security Package Updates then save it.Then from the shell run /scripts/upcp --force this will upgrade WHM/CPanel to a stable release.
