Parking domains (urgent help needed)

Hi Guys,
I am trying to park domains on an account in cPanel. Here is my situation.

I have edited my httpd.conf file, and changed the document root for one of my domains to a username on the same server. So for example I changed from this:

/home/username1/public_html

to this:

/home/username2/public_html

And so when I visit the domain for username2 it shows the domain for username1, as expected.

However, once I have made this change I am unable to park domains on the second account. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
