Parse error for Cpanel Theme

I am getting following Parse error while changing the theme from CPanel control panel

"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/lib/php/config.php on line 3"

could anyone help me with this error.

post the line above, the line itself and the one below it, I should be able to tell you how to fix it, i assuming you have a third party addon for themes?

I can see only this line as the error into the browser and nothing else.
