Parse Error in Fantastico?

Anyone ever run into this issue?

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico/index.php on line 31

I'm getting this when I click on the Fantastico link.

http://www.ecsigns.ca:2082/frontend/x/fantastico/index.php

Should I contact my Administer or is this something I could possibly fix myself?

Have tried to reinstall fantastico from whm? Since it solved my problem about Fantastico.
