    Howdy,

Just to be sure we're on the same page; your pages are being served for download rather than being executed?

Are there any errors in the error_log for apache?

    What php version is installed?

    Howdy,

Are you the server admin? If so we can look about some troubleshooting steps.

From ssh you can execute php -v to get the version of php in the path. What OS is your server running?

    Thanks!

    Howdy,

Do you have the root user password? Otherwise this is going to be better asked to your server administrator.

    Thanks!

    Soultion

If you don't mind provide me one of the test cPanel account login details so that I can check it for you or its better if you contact your hosting provider they will better assist you with your queries.

Note : You can send me PM with login details for further investigation :)

Add the following rules in your .htaccess file and check if it works :

    AddHandler application/x-httpd-php5 .htm
    AddHandler application/x-httpd-php5 .html

    OR

    AddHandler application/x-httpd-php5 .htm .html

    Please Clarify ....

    PHP is not working!

    (OR)

You want HTML files to be parsed as PHP scripts (.html / .htm)?

I can't quite follow exactly what you are asking about here and the
other answers in this thread show there is still some confusion.
