Cpanel/WHM will run on any decent hardware, but the slower the hardware, the slower the preformance...

    Try building the following

    1U Rack
    -P3 1Ghz+
    -512 RAM
    -40Gb 7200RPM IDE Drive(Or 15Gb SCSI)
    -No Sound Card
    -Onboard Video
    -52X CD
    -Floppy
    -an a 3com NIC Card

That configuration should be a stable run for a server. and WHM will run very smooth on that, running Redhat 7.2

Thats basically what I run my server on(Accept I have 1Gb RAM)

Maybe, i dunno, either way if you buy stuff from them they will remember who forwared you to them :p

Either way, they seam to have pretty good pricing. Call them up, give them the specs you want and see what they can come up with. Just FYI, the more you buy at one time the lower the price per unit. we usually purchase 10 server's or so from them at a time.
