    Hi,

I recently did some web design for a client. They have asked me to change the password to cPanel due to a fallout w/ prior web staff. I can edit the site, but a 404 error displays when I try to change the password. I'm wondering if the client was possibly issued a "User" level password. If not could you let me know the steps involved for the client to reset his account name and pasword?

    Thank You

    Lite,

First of all, your name is the same way I drink my coffee.... light and sweet.

Secondly, do you have WHM access or just cPanel?
