Password Change Error

Hi guys. I seem to be having some problems changing a user's passwords from whm and whmcs... I'm getting this error in whm "The password for 'techyou2' could not be changed because: Sorry, the password you selected cannot be used because it is too weak and would be too easy to guess. Please select a password with strength rating of 75 or higher." and just the bold in whmcs? I am a reseller so is it an error I can fix?

And the password I am trying to change it to is scored 88?

BTW It's only this use that I'm getting this problem with?

Hello,

Please report this issue to your web hosting provider if the password you are using is rated at higher than the minimum strength rating. You won't be able to investigate the cause of this problem without root access to the server.
