    Dear
My customer can not change password from cpanel and they ger below error:
    Code:
Your password could not be changed because the new password failed with the following reason : (is too simple), please try again!

I also check it and it has problem.
I also generate password via Password generation but again i see this error.
But i can change password via WHM.

How can i solve this problem?

How many characters was the password you generated?

Settings for the Password Strength check can be found here:
WHM > Security Center > Password Strength Configuration

Have any of these settings been changed recently?

How many characters was the password you generated? How many characters was the user attempting to use?

To troubleshoot, what happens if you disable this from WHM all together, save, and then attempt to generate a password for that user logged in as that user? Does it work? If yes, go back and enable it via WHM again, and try setting another for this user the same way. Does it work then?

Are you by chance using RVskins on this server?

You could instead, put in a ticket to cPanel via WHM > top right corner of any page, click Support > Contact cPanel, or post this as a bug if you like if you'd rather not troubleshoot.

The first option at top, Default Required Password Strength. Uncheck and save.
