Password errors

I recently have had some problems with my WHM. When I enter in a clients new data, then proceed to their cPanel (for testing) I enter the username and password I was given, and the password is rejected. I have not changed anything and not sure why all of a sudden it isnt working.

Any feedback would be much much appreciated.
