    Hi,

    This is urgent, please help.

I created an user with X username and Y password but when I tried to login inside cpanel, doesn't work. The browser doesn't tell if is wrong or not, just asks again and again for the username and password. When I use a wrong password, the message telling I used a wrong username or password appears.

I'm using CentOS 5. I updated and installed Perl before Installing cpanel. After this I installed cpanel without any issue. The virtualization used is Xen. The Virtual dedicated Server (VPS) have 4000MB RAM, 4000MHZ CPU and 400000MB HD.

This is a huge bug, how do I solve this?

By the way, I also have a fantastico addon but I don't know to install it. Anyone here can provide such info?

    Thanks,
    R. Mendes

What URL are you using to login to cPanel?

Regarding Fantastico, you should ask the folks who make Fantastico: http://www.netenberg.com/fantastico.php
