i was looking at how easily cpanel protects files, but how do i password protect phpmyadmin? it doesn't appear in any files that are available for protection. i was looking for a cut and paste to protect the url, but i don't see a way to to that either. thanks.

How are you accessing phpmyadmin? phpmyadmin is set to access by localhost via your authenticated cpanel / root session.
