    Hello
I have little problem with password protection. I have enabled it in cpanel on main account domain: domain.com but when I enter to subdomain.domain.com I get autorization box too - it's because in cpanel subdomains are as /subfolder in main domain. How I could disable this for subdomain/subfolder ?

    Tomek

.htaccess-based authentication applies to a given directory and all files and directories within the specified directory.

This is just how it works and there is no way around it.

You don't have right ... we have resolved this problem ...
In subfolder/subdomain we have add "Satisfy any" to .htaccess and it looks that authorization was disabled, and everything else work correctly.
