User want to perform password reset from their webmail page.
They click on Pasword Reset then enter their email [email protected]. They then receive an INCORRECT contact email address hit of [email protected]
If they go back and enter the email address in all lower case like [email protected]. they then receive a CORRECT contact address hint of [email protected]
Email addresses are supposed to be case insensitive so the expectation is that both email with different casing are the same and valid, therefore, a correct contact address hint should be shown.
