I am trying to transfer muliple accounts and after entering password for the root user I get

THIS IS THE RIGHT PASSWORD

Please help me fix this slight issue.

Please open up a ticket in WHM > Support Center > Contact cPanel or using the link in my signature for us to investigate this further. Hi I am also getting this error when trying to migrate accounts to my new server:

The password I am typing is the correct one since I can login via ssh in putty and put the same password.
