    Hi Folks,

Has anyone experienced mail being rejected or rather going to /dev/null as the attachment was a PDF file?

We have a client that can send themelves a DOC file, or a ZIp file without any problem, but the moment it's a PDF, it's dropped.

I checked filters etc, and there's nothing in their user filters.

I check the antivirus.exim file and that doesn't have PDF listed as an attachment either.

Pretty odd. So I'm turning to the community for assistance on this one.

    Using regular ole Exim
    cpanel version 11.15.0-C17700

what is the error in exim_main log?
might be due to any filter settings.
    Have you checked /etc/vfilters/domainname.com ?
