PDF's dont load

I have a user who's PDF's dont load for some of his members, for me an him they load, at his old host that didnt use cpanel all members could download the PDF's ok.

These are just plain PDF's which were uploaded and not recreated on the fly with the php PDF library.

Any idea what this could be?

Have you checked the Apache error log (the one for that particular user would be the easiest one to sort through) to see if any errors were reported.
