I've done some searching by my case seems a little different.

Reinstalling pdo_pgsql.so from the interface:
Nothing to upgrade
The PDO_PGSQL.so object is not in /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626
It shows up in the interface as being installed and was installed from there.

Doing an ls with cut & pasting the path from the above line:

[email protected] [/home/oooc]# ls /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626
./ ../ homeloader.so* pdo_mysql.so* pdo_pgsql.so* pdo.so* pdo_sqlite.so* sqlite.so* suhosin.so* uploadprogress.so*

php.ini file
extension_dir = "/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626"
extension="pdo_pgsql.so"

Cutting and pasting the paths from above for comparison to see if I'm missing some obvious typo:
/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626
/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626

[email protected] [/home/oooc]# php -m |grep pdo
pdo_mysql
pdo_sqlite

I've run easy apache several times. So, the module installer doesn't see it and Apache doesn't see it but what am I missing in the configs?

EasyApache doesn't install pdo_pgsql, so you've installed it using pecl or what precisely?
