people say they cant get to cpanel

I have customers that say they cant get to cpanel, but I am able it get in just fine.

What are somethings that may cause that?

Firewall?
Cookies?

Check your routing table and see if any mutant route was added

(route -n)

Look for anything crazy like a class A subnet getting routed to nowhere.
(66.0.0.0), etc


also check /etc/hosts.deny
