Per Account Bandwidth Exceeder Rules Question

I currently have our servers set up to suspend accounts that exceed their monthly bandwidth allotment, however I was wondering if it would be possible to override this on a per account basis for select domains so they are not suspended and I would bill them relative to their overage usage?
