Perl 5.6.1

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone of you has installed the 5.6.1 Perl upgrade. Is it a stable and safe upgrade? Does it have any bugs and problems? Perl is so important that I do not want to screw up.

5.6.1 has been stable for quite some time. There are no particular issues with upgrading.
