If I'm not mistaking (according to WHM) Perl module is not compabitle with PHP? I believe I updated apache with both.

    How do I disable Perl?

Well, you could disable the CGI to perl in httpd.conf by changing:

    AddHandler cgi-script .cgi .pl

    to:

    AddHandler text/plain .cgi .pl

Then no perl CGI scripts will run. This wouldn't stop PHP scripts from running perl scripts, though, and you have to have perl kept where it is because cPanel needs it.

If you offer web hosting you're likely to be very unpopular if you do the above.
