    Hi,

    My server is Freebsd 5.1 and perl is not working at all on the server, it keeps giving internal server errors on simple test scripts.

    Does anyone know how I can fix perl?

    What does the error log say for the domain your testing the scripts on?

    Does your script have the right path to perl?

    #!/usr/bin/perl

    or

    #!/usr/local/bin/perl

    Did you upload in ASCII mode (text)?

    Go on, have a guess
    Also,

    Make sure that your cg-bin directory and any subdirectory within that that contains scripts, is CHMOD 755.

    It seems like the problem is that they only execute inside the cgi-bin, any way to fix this?
