i'm having this problem also and the above doesnt fix it, also tried reinstall modules such as DBI::mysql html templates and apache::dbi - any way of actually resolving this?

This is a "me too" with some more info. I found that some of the modules I installed (on FreeBSD 4.9 system) are installed into /usr/local/lib/perl5 blah blah, while the perl executable will only look in the /usr/lib/perl5 (note the lack of /local).

I would bet that you have the same problem - if the installs are going correctly. Doing a find in the /usr partition should help you locate them.

Now, the problem is, how do we get perl check check these paths? (ie. How do we add paths to the INC array globally?)
