    My System:

    WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.1-S31
    RedHat Enterprise 3 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

    Ok I have had config::general perl module working for ages now but for some reason it has gone missing??

    When I try to run the script i get:

    Can't locate Config/General.pm

    So easy right just reinstall it, well when I go to the module install it just hangs:

    This is what it returns:

    spawn /scripts/perlinstaller Config::General
    Method: Perl Expect
    Testing connection speed...(this could take a while)....Done

    Three usable mirrors located

    Mirror Check passed for cpan.belfry.net (/index.html)

    commit: wrote /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/CPAN/Config.pm

    CPAN: Storable loaded ok

    Going to read /home/.cpan/Metadata

    Database was generated on Mon, 02 Jan 2006 03:09:25 GMT

    Running install for module Config::General

    Running make for T/TL/TLINDEN/Config-General-2.30.tar.gz

    CPAN: Digest::MD5 loaded ok

    CPAN: Module::Signature security checks disabled because Module::Signature

    not installed. Please consider installing the Module::Signature module.

    You may also need to be able to connect over the Internet to the public

    keyservers like pgp.mit.edu (port 11371).

    CPAN: Compress::Zlib loaded ok

    Checksum for /home/.cpan/sources/authors/id/T/TL/TLINDEN/Config-General-2.30.tar.gz ok

    Scanning cache /home/.cpan/build for sizes

    Usage: Cwd::getcwd() at /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/File/Path.pm line 264.

    Any ideas Thx In Advance

    Go on, have a guess
    searching the forums for Cwd::getcwd will tell you why - your perl has been downgraded because you've not got a proper skiplist for your OS updates.
