    Hi,

I have a reseller account on a server. This server has an anonymous hostname, there is no server configured at that adress.

One of my clients is now sending mail via perl, but instead of that the sendmail program sends the mail from the From: address he specified, is sends mail form username@hostname

Some mailservers check if the domain exists, and off cource give an error. dnsreport.com says that reverse DNS is working for the domain, so where is the problem?

Squirrelmail and horde got the same problemes:

    what's wrong?
